French GP Moto2 was not belong to Johann Zarco and JiR Moto2 team. Zarco fell just five laps to go while he was solidly in second place and was catching up to get closer to the leader. Zarco has led an exciting race, climbing from 18 th position after the first lap and taking the itch to overtake riders with much more experience than him in the Moto2 class, proving once more at ease with MotoBI in wet conditions .
Zarco said, "It 'was a good race, but I can not be happy if I think back to the fall. Just back to the pits I talked to my manager Laurent Fellon, my crew chief and Luca Biagini Massiom Montiron, Team Principal, to what has happened. I finished the first lap in 18 th position and was not easy back in those wet conditions, but despite this I kept calm and tried not to take risks."
He continue, "They are so quickly able to find a good pace that allowed me to do a lot of overtaking. From the second I held the position for a long time trying to defend myself from those who followed me putting the margin, and in doing so I saw that I was approaching Luthi. This gave me the urge to push further and I turned at the same pace of Thomas, but I kept telling myself to stay calm to finish the race and not fall. All my concentration was devoted to these aspects and the only one split second in which this concentration has failed me was fatal. Now I'm already thinking of Barcelona and can not wait to measure myself again with the other riders. I keep telling myself that a fall is not the end of the world, on the contrary I have to go further, by engaging in further training and preparation for success.
