Colin Edwards and the NGM Mobile Forward Racing Team are off to a good start at the Laguna Seca GP weekend ending the first free practice session as the first CRT bike.
After a very complicated Mugello GP the American rider and the team are working on being as ready as possible to make the Suter-BMW bike ready to fight to be the first CRT this weekend.
Colin Edwards
“Today started pretty well. We clearly had two different bike setting, one same as one that worked fine in Sachsenring, and the other from Mugello. We went out this morning and right off the bat we got lucky and everything seemed to work pretty good and most of the CRT guys hadn’t been here before too. We kind of hit a wall this afternoon, we tried a different bike but went back to the bike we knew, but didn’t improve our lap time as much. In the end we need to find a second; if I could just let off the front break earlier, that seems to be our biggest problem right now and be able to roll around the corner, that’s were we lose our speed.”
