Michele Pirro Wants to Reduce Gap to the Best CRT

Michele Pirro Laguna Seca 2012

Michele Pirro has plenty of work to do to set his CRT bike up to the unique demands of this track but he was excited to complete his first laps of the legendary Laguna Seca.

Michele Pirro (18th 1’ 25” 065) “One thing for sure is that this is a great track and I like it a lot. Unfortunately the problems we have had with our bike since the start of the season are heightened here because of the elevation changes, which make it really hard to keep the bike on line. Anyway the distance to the top CRT is not too big and I am sure we can reduce it tomorrow. I will try to do my bit and learn my way better around the track and I think with some help from the guys I can close the gap to Espargarò and De Puniet. It will be important for us to take a step forward and then we'll see what happens in the race.”
