Doni Tata Pradita's efforts on the first day of action at Sepang today were boosted the by the presence of a number of fans from nearby Indonesia. The rookie rider showed his experience at this track by lapping alone for much of the day, gathering information and experience that will serve him well tomorrow.

“I am pretty satisfied because we have got a lot of work done over the two sessions today and establish a good base to work from tomorrow. I did a lot of laps on my own and I think that will be really useful tomorrow. Together with the team I will study the data tonight and make some setting changes to the bike that shoulder help me improve again before qualifying.”
