According to the newspaper The Economic Times, The Buddh International Circuit at India will host MotoGP World Superbike on next 2013. The estimation time is on March, because India has only five months of good weather, from October to March.
The Buddh International Circuit will get only 30% share from Dorna Sport. The Buddh International Circuit cost over $400 million to build. It will take 3-4 years to break even.
For the opening race on this circuit, F1 will be held at the end of this October
