Johan Zarco told that he's pleased enough with the Jerez result. This JiR Moto2 rider also told that for the next race, 10th is the very objective to reach.
"I'm quite pleased with this 10th position. I think I lost much ground in the first curve, because in the first two conditions of the asphalt was not constant and I was worried might fall. The other riders were less anxious and have made some tough overtaking, so I lost those positions. It was not a big problem, because then I could make my hand with my MotoBI and rejoining the 10th square, and also thanks to some falls in front of me." said Zarco.
He continue, "Positive signals also from my race pace which was really good. Although I knew to be an advantage in the wet I do not have hoped for a wet race, because I have to be strong in all conditions. Speaking with the team and with my coach I found that the 10th place was the goal of all so now I can stay focused for the next race and for the rest of the season."
