Thomas Luthi Will Comeback on May

Thomas Luthi Valencia Moto2 Test 2013

Thomas Luthi will start a rehabilitation program after suffered multiple fractures of his right elbow, upper arm and shoulder in a test crash at Valencia last week. This team Interwetten Paddock rider will miss Qatar and Texas race on the next April.

After successful surgery, Thomas Luthi now face the recovery process that may take 2 months. It means Luthi will miss the two opening race on April.

"Of course this injury is a big disappointment for me. But with my doctor of confidence, Dr. Marc Mettler, I am in the best hands and I am optimistic to be able to start the rehab program and the work toward my comeback very soon. It was very nice to feel so much compassion, which motivates me even more to work hard for a speedy recovery!"
