Alexis Masbou scored his first podium in his 103rd start in the German Grand Prix. The 25-year-old Frenchman had been fourth in the British Grand Prix after qualifying on the front row, proving that his experience is paying off. Masbou sits fourth in the championship and might have been higher if not for a pair of non-finishes. He has added motivation this weekend as the Caretta Technology team is based in the north of Italy in Sarcedo Vicenza.
