After missing out on the points in Sachsenring when crashing out of the fight for a top fifteen finish Ratthapark Wilairot has an opportunity to redress the balance at his favourite circuit this weekend as the Moto2 World Championship heads to Mugello for round nine of the 2012 season.
Ratthapark Wilairot “I am still feeling disappointed about the race at Sachsenring. I crashed in practice and in the race and that's not good. I need to rediscover my confidence in the bike, like we had at Silverstone and Assen and I am sure that with the help of the team I can manage it. At Mugello it will be very hot and I prefer that to the cool temperatures we have had recently. I love Mugello, it's my favourite track in the world. It will be a tough weekend but I want to get back to being fast and consistent."
Fausto Gresini “Feem was having a good race in Germany but as usual when a rider is not confident he crashed. He had already crashed in practice so that is worrying to me. Anyway, he is improving all the time and this weekend we want to help him get his confidence back in the bike.”
