Three Points More for Toni Elias at Australia GP

Toni Elias Phillip Island Race 2012

The eighteenth position on the grid start achieved in the qualifying session, harmed to Toni Elías during the race of the Grand Prix of Australia, for with a tricky start immersed in a numerous group of riders, Toni lost more time than expected to make up some positions. Although to ride on a good lap times as the race unfolded, he couldn't to improve the final thirteenth position, adding so three points more for the general standings.

Toni Elías (13th):
"In the first part I have lost time, and when I have started to make up positions, the group that I had as goal was quite far. We have pushed, but it hasn’t been enough. I’m disappointed because then I have ridden on the same times as fifth. Phillip Island isn’t a circuit that adapts much to my characteristics, but I think that a fifth position was possible. We have to pay much attention in the qualifying session
