David Salom to replace Ivan Silva in Avintia Blusens team from Misano

David Salom

David Salom will replace Iván Silva from the Misano round in just over a week, however Silva will remain tied with the team as test and reserve rider.
Mallorcan rider David Salom will join the Avintia Blusens team for the rest of the season from the Gran Premio Aperol di San Marino e delle Riviera di Rimini. Meanwhile, Iván Silva will remain tied the team and will perform the functions of test rider and will travel to the Grand Prix as a reserve rider.

Avintia Blusens wishes to thank Ivan for his work during the season, as the team benefited from his experience in the work carried out on the development of the new CRT machine.

Iván complied perfectly with the objectives both the team and he set early in the season and, thanks to the good work done by him in the development of the bikes, the team has been able to call up David Salom, convinced that the Mallorcan’s experience in World SBK will allow him to be very competitive in the near future in the CRT class.

Both the team management and Salom are happy and excited about this new stage.

Yonny Hernandez and Ivan Silva Returns to America with Renewed Vigor

Yonny Hernandez Laguna Seca 2012

After enjoying a few days off, the pilots of Avintia Blusens have traveled to Indianapolis MotoGP with full of energy and the intention of getting a good result. Back to score, as they did in Laguna Seca, one of the objectives is not the only one. Yonny was not present last year at this track and Ivan does not know the path but both seek further progress to consolidate the leading positions among the CRT.

Yonny Hernandez:
"Last season I could not be in Indianapolis, but I know the track and came with lots of encouragement. The result at Laguna Seca has motivated me a lot. I think both the team and I are in a good rapport and working time at home. I could rest a few days with my family and enjoy their company and my friends. But now it's back to the bike and I have really wanted to. "

Iván Silva:
"These holidays have been fantastic to enjoy my family and especially my daughter. We went to the beach, stroll and ultimately rested. I also have served to keep preparing myself physically and be in top form heading into Indianapolis. It is true that having time for oneself and family is a luxury, but so is that when they spend a few days without racing go crazy to get back to racing! Indianapolis I do not know but I want to line up for the latest races and "stay" definitely among the best. "

Another Best CRT for Aspar Power Electronic on Le Mans CRT?

Randy De Puniet vs Aleix Espargaro Estoril 2012

Aspar Power Electoric got 2 best CRT awards on Europe race at Jerez and Estoril. The next race will be on Le Mans. Without Colin Edwards, who got the best CRT on Qatar GP, the chance for Aspar Power Electronic is bigger.

Only 2 riders and 2 teams so far on the best CRT. Colin Edwards (NGM Mobile Forward Racing) and Aleix Espargaro (Aspar Power Electronic). Randy De Puniet, Espargaro's teammate was 2 times on 2nd best CRT. After a last Aspar's battle on Estoril, De Puniet told that he hope for a better result.

Michel Pirro from Gresini should be a good competitor, but it looks that his performance on Gresini's CRT was not as expected. Duo Avintia, Yonny Hernandez and Ivan Silva, Danilo Petrucci on Ioda and Mattia Pasini (Speed Master) have not shown good performance. James Ellison also struggle with chatter issue. So the battle left to Aleix Espargaro and Edandy De Puniet.
